County Guidance: A Farmer’s Market license is required for vendors if potentially hazardous foods (foods requiring temperature control) are offered. Our department requires the proposed dates, times, and specific location of operation.

St Charles County offers a Farmer’s Market license with the following parameters:

 

  • Valid for up to nine months within a calendar year
  • $150 per license/booth
  • Restricted to one location
